Season's Greetings
Was delighted to find this site when seeking information about painting glazed colonial doors; whatever way is tedious but strangely therapeutic. In my previous life I was an educator and still work part time for a University. I'm just an enthusiastic amateur but because my time is mine, I can tackle most projects with success, whether it's restoring antiques or building structures. Grandfather was a carpenter-undertaker and I had exposure to woodworking through school, 50 + years ago. I can see that this site will become addictive and inspire me to another 50 years of projects.
