I am about to have my cement tile roof restored but am in a quandry whether to engage a company who uses Regent Paints or Nutech. I am interested in the claimed heat reflection qualities of Nutech's Coolzone paint. Has anyone used Coolzone and, if so, have they noticed any appreciable improvement in roof cavity or room temperature?
