    can i use organ for an outdoor decking ( with merbu decking), for the structural part? cheers

    NO. it will rot

    Use Hardwood.

    I don't think it will last long enough to rot!

    See my post on a similar topic from yesterday, it's virtually useless outdoors in our climate. It's also known as Douglas Fir, or Oregon Pine, but I don't think it's a Fir or a Pine species!

    I certainly wouldn't want to use my organ for outdoor decking.
