irrigation plumbing- above ground?
Just double checking something before I do it.
Im installing the second stage (backyard) of my 12 station irrigation system.
I am going to run the main feed pipe (25mm PVC) to the backyard solenoids underneath a large deck. This will save me about 10-15m of trenching!! and keep the feed pipe out of the garden where we will be planting.. but its mainly the trenching
The PVC pipe will just be laying on the ground under the deck (or attached with saddles to the underside of the bearers).... not exposed to direct sunlight but not buried either....
Deck ranges from 700 to 150mm of the ground.
Just checking that there is no reason I shouldnt do it.

I see no reason for not fixing to the underside of the deck, but is there a reason you dont want it to lay on the ground? That way no need to spend dollars on saddles and screws. If you are going to secure to the joists I would glue them up before fixing just to avoid getting the plumbers cement on the wood.
Are you going to the Canberra wood show? Perhaps we could catch up.

Yep, see above, as mentioned will probably just lay on the ground.
And nope, not going to the canberra woodworking show, to be honest I dont even know when it is.... besides after having the bobcat in last week Ive now got WAY too much landscaping work to do in the backyard... Gotta get rid of the mud ASAP!!!!!!
Cheers
