Whatever happened to the monthly prize drawers for forum contributors??

I was talking to a former forum member last week and it came to mind THAT WE SEEMED TO HAVE LOST THIS PART OF THE FORUM.

It was a good way of encouraging folk to contribute to the forum especially as over the past year it seems to have become a little slower with way too many "old hands" just not around these days and they're missed for the knowledge, expertise and talented craftsmanship...
I for one briefed heaps for the help of these folk...

I keep trying to support and encourage were I can especially in the "G'Day" section plus "Toy & Model Making"...

For the monthly prize draw to happen, there needs to be a prize and someone to run it.
There are probably too few organizations/individuals digging into the treasure trove for a prize, and the person who was doing the organization of the monthly draw retired.
Now unless there is a flow of donations, and a moderator or other to conduct the draws, with the time to spare, I do not think there will be a monthly draw. More the pity.
