has also been posted in a very small US forum. (Less than 25 users) The user name is the same.

I haven't checked here as the behind the scenes mechanics of this forum are a bit different, but in the other forum the user has not participated other than the original post.

It seems to be odd. Perhaps the poster is trying to establish some sort of "Internet Credibility"?

Rich, thanks for bringing that to our attention.

These sorts of posters are normally picked up by the Admin team but this one slipped under the radar.

They say they are from somewhere like the US or Australia, in this case he is from New York. They put up a few "dorothy dixer" posts, leave them for a while and slip some sort of spam in their signature, ie they are spammers.

Normally they are from poorer countries, in this case Sri Lanka, trying to make a few dollars by advertising someone's business.

We get at least one or two a day that slip through our spam defences, this one went undetected by the Admin team, but he came to your attention.

He has now left the building and won't be back.
