Good day from lovely west
Hi every one.
my name is Sarah. My brother and I started our own small woodwork fun and try to make the best out of it.
I have 5 years experience doing and teaching Marquetry back in my country (Iran) and from when I migrated to Australia, I always dreamed to have a workshop and continue my art.
Now I love to do some Intarsia and you will be amazed to hear that in Iran people do marquetry in very different ways from here in Australia.
Any way I'm very happy to be here and have a chance to start woodworking.
My brother (Reza) and I started to make a work bench at first and I already bougth my Scroll Saw and have a very pretty Dolfin pattern to start.
I still have problem to do very small cuts with scroll saw but I'm sure I will figure out how to do it with your help.
Talk to you soon and thanks for your great forums here.
Sarah.
I guess I forgot to mention I do computer programming for life and woodworking is my huppy which every day I rush out to home to do some work befor 7 pm (when I have to turn off my saw by council rules)

Welcome Sarah!
.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
Regards, Woodwould.
