Dear Peoples of the Blue Mountains Gathering.
FenceFurniture, Bushmiller, Crowie, Wheelinround and
ALL others who attended the Blue Mountains Gathering.
Thank you for your kindness. I can't believe you spent a small fortune on tools, ESPECIALLY the file which I had actually wanted to buy but considered too expensive ... and now I have it ... Ta so much. my Parking fine was only $40 ..... ??
Your letter was unexpected, I really thought Crowie was coming to Brisbane ... HaaHaa
From Brett:
G'day Greg ...
Uhhh, yeah Crowie was full of #### when he asked for your address.
We auctioned off your timber at the BBQ and these are the proceeds of it.
We'll not have one of our boys with a bad taste in his mouth via a parking ticket. Particularly one who has made an excellent contribution to the forum and lives the spirit of it.
...
The riffler #6 is a hand stitched jobbie from Liogier, France. The stitching grain is #4, second finest, and it has been sapphire coated. This coating is 3800 Vickers hardness (Tungsten Carbide is 2283) so it should stay sharp for a long, long time. Furthermore, it will not rust
ENJOY !
regards Brett (FF) 13-may-13
Brett and
all thank you very very much ... especially as it was so unexpected. In July Paul (Bushmiller and Wife) is coming to dinner and I will see what other odd looking timber I can see about the place and pass to him ... Also I expect to be at the Oct-13 Blue Mountains meet.
