And under the same rules if you work 2 hours in each fortnight you are no longer counted as unemployed but a parttime worker. Ofcourse if you are in that situation you still get the full Newstart allowances and conditions but you are considered to be under employed.:doh:

Makes a damn mockery of the unemployment statistics.:((
