Heres one for you. A mum at school was telling us how her son the night before had told her to F*** O** and her husband heard it and gave the kid a walloping. Does not sound bad HUH. Well this was about 10 minutes after she had screamed at her son to Get the F*** over here.
Double stands or what. I dont use that kind of language. If the occasional S**t slips out within ear shot of my kids I apologise.
I have been trying of late to say "Blast" instead of F...ing ..ell".
I must only have said that once or twice in front of my 2yr old, but one day he dropped somehing and said F H. My jaw dropped and I have been saying blast ever since.
Even when I hit my thumb.
I worked with female social workers and they could make wharfies blush, just in normal everyday conversation.
If I hit my thumb my standard response is 'Oh woe am I' :rolleyes:

A lot of female coppers are the same. It's like they are trying to be 'one of the boys' but it just makes them look stupid IMO. Luckily MrsP is one of the good ones. :DQuote:
