My New Deck

I am a bit of a novice at the DIY thing myself but also wanted to try and put a deck together. I have been reading all the info on here and it certainly has been a huge help but still confused about how to achieve what I want to achieve. Please see below measurements of the area i am looking to deck.

I have attached a picture of the concrete slab I want to deck but as you can see from the measurements I only have 110mm of clearance at one sliding door and about 55-60mm clearance at the other sliding door. My plan is to lay decking on the concrete slab once I have done that I had planned on moving the bamboo panel back to where the new posts have been set in place and put decking running up the wall (bamboo will come off but there is a frame behind it) so when all finished it would run from the floor up the wall and along the ceiling with a fan and a couple of down lights. First things first though. . Step one is the floor. I had planned on putting a ledger attached to the brick that has 110mm clearance and using the joist supports but dont really know how far apart they shyould be, the bes size of joists to use.

Any help would be much appreciated.
