In what order should it all be done?

We are renovating a weatherboard/cladded home and our plans are to:

1. replace the weatherboard with blueboard and render. (the house currently has 3 different types of cladding and weatherboard - not sure what the previous owner was thinking...)
2. put a verandah/deck around 3/4 of the house.
3. replace the old tile roof with colourbond roofing.

So what order should the work be done? The walls or verandah first? The roof?
