manual switch between town and tank water and PLUMBER WANTED

hello, i've been looking at hose those rain bank pumps, they're a bit overpriced. this crowd sell a kit with basically two dual check valves http://www.irrigationwarehouse.com.au/prod125.htm , looks like a good solution, but seems a bit pricey ? Any ideas what the dual check valves cost to buy at Reece or similar?

I'm also looking for a reputable honest licensed plumber to hook in my water tanks to the Laundry, Toilet, Cold Shower and Hot water. Single storey house, Grundfos pump, straight forward job I could do myself but I ned the ticket for the rebate. I'm in Sunshine West 3020.
