LPG bottle safety clearances

Hi all,
I need to relocate my two LPG bottles (currently 13.5kg bottles and will be 9kg bottles shortly) I am aware that there are clearances that need to be met, ie distance from windows etc.

I plan to get a gas fitter in to relocate the gas line, however in the mean time I want to lay a slab for my new tank. Unfortunately the only place the slimline tank will fit is where the LPG bottles currently reside.

Can anyone advise me of the safety distances please. I have also noticed that the weep holes in the bricks near the bottles have been filled with silicon. I assume this is to stop leaking LPG to build up in the cavity???
