Fixing distances for skirting boards, architraves etc

Hi,

What are the typical fixing distances for skirting boards and architraves etc? I expect to use wide skitings 100-175mm - not decided yet.

As my walls are an ICF construction I need to screw timber blocks at the correct interval to nail skirting to.
