Window & Bi-Fold Door Design

Evening all. Hoping someone can provide some helpful advice. We're just starting to plan the extension to our cottage. I would like to build some Jarrah bi-fold doors (about 3.5 to 3.8m opening) and some Jarrah windows using M&T joinery to fit in double brick walls. I have been unsuccessful in finding designs for said items on the net. Can anyone point me in the direction of either net info or books that would help.
