Removing oil from concrete

G'day, My air compressor leaked oil onto the concrete floor in the shed. I now want to paint the floor to keep the dust down, but I need to remove the oil stain. Any secret recipes/formulas or concoctions? I am a bit reluctant to use degreaser in case there are other chemicals in it that would stop the paint from sticking.
