Know of any Self-Levelling Grouts that don't set in 10 minutes?

Dear Fellow Battlers... Do any of you perchance know of any of the Self-Levelling Grouts that don't set in the usual 10 minutes flat? I don't need anything that quick, and I think a slower setting type will make the whole experience more manageable and accurate. As far as I know, the BigB only stocks the Lanko product in this category, but I think that's a 10min "jobby". Maybe there's a Retarder that can be mixed into it?...
