seperate stovetop from upright stove?

Plumbers? Can I seperate a grill and 4 burner stovetop from an up right stove/ oven and have it function normal on a gas bott for camping.
Demo job maybe. Hack it apart :o Looks don't matter. A few dents I mean.

I'm keen on the cooker with a grill that fits in my ute on fishing trips to Portland.

Will it be easy to get a connection put on the back on the stove top?
