Changing from Offset to centre basin with out moving pipes?

We have just removed a old vanity that had a basin off set to the left hand side... and only now after all other work has been done my darling wife has decided that she now wants a centre basin.... I think I now the answer to this question but live in hope...
Is there any way fit a centre vanity without moving the pipes?... the vanity is 1200mm long.....
