All the above are for employees on 36.75 hour week, 4 weeks leave, paid sick leave etc. Overtime is always paid when required to be worked.
It's the labourers I'm interested in more than anything since there's a wide range of rates that seem to be out there, some triple that of others.
My location is Tas but anything anywhere comparable (NOT WA and Qld mines which are a very different employment market) would be interesting to know.
Reason for asking. I'm not the manager (I'm the supervisor) but part of my role covers pay etc. There's so much info out there that I'm getting lost as to what is correct and what is not.
