If there is an official stormwater drainage system serviciing your block you must use a plumber.
If all water is kept in rainwater tanks you can do it yourself
It may vary from state to state but it sounds about right what Bob said.
All our water is kept in rainwater tanks, and there is no official stormwater system servicing our blocks.Quote:

I am pretty sure that the PIC doesn't make any distinction between tank or stormwater roofs. From around 23 years ago you have to be a roof plumber to install roofing in Victoria.
