Our 30 years plus guttering is starting to sag in places and when full of water pulls off the internal brackets and causes waterfalls in a downpour. The fact that the braces to the vent pipe for the toilet are also fastened at the problem point probably helps the problem. The gutter is the all in one facia board type ie there is no facia board with the gutter itself sealing the eave. So if we remove it we will have to install a facia board and plumbers just shake their heads and don't want to know about it. The gutter itself is in reasonably good condition material wise just twisted in a couple of places and does not drain effectively particulary when it keeps popping off the brackets. I am told the gutter itself and the brackets are no longer available - I'm open to suggestions as to what to do David L
