Relocate Hot Water Unit and Central Gas Heating Unit

To build a timber deck on the back of a unit, I need to relocate the hot water unit and central gas heating outdoor unit around to the side of the unit . I live in South Eastern Melbourne. Can anyone personally recommend a registered electician/plumber that would be able to do this work.
