Help removing exterior wall!

I'm looking at doing some work on my colonial cottage and wanted to know what the best way to go about it is.

Here's the deal:

Like alot of houses of that era it has nice bullnose roofing to the original front and side verandahs -which I want to keep- But also like alot of houses of that era both the front and side verandahs have been closed in - sleep out style-

I want to remove the exterior walls the front and side and expose the old verandah decking/install ballustrading.

What's the best way to do this?

You might need to ost some pictures?? I would image that the structural bits of the old verandah are still there and a stud wall has been built ... if that's the case you just need top carefully remove it ... taking note of what it is made of before hacking into any asbestos etc.

The main thing is to make sure that without that wall the whole thing is still structurally sound. Then you can build in a ballustrade, for which all the components are easily available at your hardware.
