With my luck I'd end up stuck with a block complete with abandoned cess-pit, a scrapped Rover up on blocks out the front, empty rations tubes scattered all over and the bloody laser reflecting dish, which I wouldn't be allowed to move/remove 'cos it's "servicing the immediate neighbourhood."

Do they do free flights for inspection? That'd be worth 19 smackaroos, bugger the land.
I'd just be afraid that if I brought a block, then one day, eventually get there to check it out, I would see..........
