Which 16 -18 foot pop top caravan?

Hi guys
Ok who has the dirt on 16-18 foot pop tops?
I'm looking at either a jayco or a windsor at the moment 1989-1995 ish models for up to $15 thousand dollars.
Any thoughts/anyone have one needing a new home. Must be at least 3 berth preferrrably 4 berth.
Annexe and/or roll out awning would be even better.
