I drove to Albury and back today - 35 degrees all the way - glorious!
I think we really just missed winter. No rain, not bad weather for Victoria.
We've had a visit from 'ol man winter again this week after last Wednesday when spring was here as Ozwinner was wont to point out.

Spring has sprung - did you see it??
In Perth we had (1) no winter because of very little rain (2) spring for 1 day and now we are into autumn weather.:D In fact we have two 12 year old franjipani trees - one has new leaves and the other has not yet lost all it's leaves from previous season :rolleyes:. What on earth is going on???

Well, if you don't want your 30 degrees, send it up here, because it is just coming autumn and SWMBO is already phissed off about it. :mad: (Personally, I like it. :) )
It's all John Howard's fault.
38C and bloody windy all day. I was surprised the local CFS didn't go out more (one call that I heard) - it appears that even the local pyros were caught by surprise.

ps, my Siamese loves it ... but he has cold pains when the temp drops below 30C :rolleyes:
