Google suggests they'll both do the job. Dremel uses carbide. Might be worth getting both to see which performs best on your project (speed, longevity etc)Quote:

One thing with diamond blades is that the diamond is not only on the tip but also a mm or two up the side.
In a tight gap it can cut away at the edge of the tiles, on glazed tiles this may present issues.
