Shower waste opposite bath waste

With a central 100 km waste in the centre of the bathroom and the bath and shower on opposite sides of the room, can the inflows (to the central waste) for each be directly opposite each other. Will the bath water come out of the shower drain when emptying the bath?

can only assume you mean 100mm not km

same as droog, not a plumber, but I would think as long as the central pipe flows away quickly/properly there is no chance it filling up enough to fill the pipe directly opposite

Doing your own plumbing with only a limited knowledge from forums is fraught with danger cause there are rules and regs that can effect the whole system.
If this is all new pipework under a slab then it should all be 100mm to floor level.
If however, you are using existing 100m floor waste gully with existing 40/50 waste connections on the fw riser then it should not be a problem provided the bath waste is 40mm as per original code.
If you are using 50mm plug and waste with 50 pipe for the bath then a problem may arise when the bath is draining.
