I require assistance about the age any any other relevant information on a Lincoln DC

This DC welder has bee aquired by my principle for inclusion in a working heritage museum in South Africa.
Can anyone provide the age of the machine plus any other relavent information ?
Please comment on nos. 5699 and 5695 only.
