Pour'on Gravel Binder, anyone used it??

looking around for ideas to make a pathway outside some units beside a garden and pool fence, it gets water on it that will have problems draining away if I were to use concrete or pavers, I then came across this, if I lay gravel down then put this over the top to make it solid it will still drain apparently and look good also and not turn to mud like it does now when its wet as nothing grows there as its shaded most of the day and just dirt with a bit of very small gravel on it not worth mentioning.
does this stuff work ok??
