A bright, healthy baby boy is born to a couple after many years of trying. Unfortunately, the little tyke is born without any eye lids. The distraught mother seeks out the doctor and pours out her concerns.
"No problem", says the doctor. "I'll circumcise the little fellow and then fashion some eye lids with leftover foreskin".
"Won't that make him look cock-eyed?", asked the mother.
"Maybe a little bit", said the doctor, "but look at the fore sight he'll have".
