not meetings..... its committee's

I would have thought "Government".
Sometimes there is a good argument for a dictatorship....
A general manager of a local council once said "all committees should consist of 3 people with 2 absent"

Committee/meeting usually made up of the unwilling, the uninterested, the uninformed doing the unnecessary.
