Jarrah lintel replacement

Hi Due to termite damage I need to remove a Jarrah beam/lintel (170mm x 65mm) which spans approximatley 2.1metres above a window in a sleepout. Ontop of this rest three of the roof rafters ( 600mm centres). The depth of the sleepout is about 2.3 metres. I would like to remove the window and replace with a sliding door, however the distance form floor to bottom of rafters is 2200mm and the door is 2140mm. Thereofore the maximum size intel i could replace with is 60mm. I'm sure this must be possible, but is anything commercially avaiable at this sort of size. Regards Graham
