any idea on how to produce this kind of finish

any idea what kind of finish is this on the speaker?

1. french polish
2. solvent based PU high gloss
3. automotive 2K clear-coat
n etc..

wanted to try this kind of finishing in the future.
step by step method advise would be great!!...
