GJ, just checked out a few of my favourite spots and they all seem to be where they are supposed to be.
Try ckicking on a camera icon and see if the image matches the location.
If I click on the camera icon at Agnes Falls in the lower right of Victoria I get images for a tropical island, definitely not Victoria .

Definately not Agnes falls, everything from desert scene to english village:doh:
No photos registered anywhere near me but I've just noticed how rusty the roof is on the shed ...
I don't have an explanation, but I've noticed the problem for quite a while now.
Damn this Global Warming....
I've had a similar problem where a variety of web providers - including Google - get my location wrong. I suspect it had to do with the ISP's routing giving my location as the point where the data packets leave their network & go into the public network, which in turn confuses the target system.
Of course, there are a number of complete dunces in the US, some of whom continue to think that anyone south of the Rio Grande speaks Spanish, or that Australia is a small landlocked country in the middle of Europe - it seems that 'No kangaroos here' t-shirts are a popular tourist item in Vienna too.
It seems to be working now, but very slow to generate picture.
Hi John & Others,
Tried my Address earlier today, but no cameras, but Location was actually better than before.
I also noticed that the Photo was done earlier in 2012, against, I think 2009.
Try nearmap (http://www.nearmap.com/) it is much more up to date than Google Earth,
