My local council has noise regulations like any other, theres a clause in it that says
Building work(including altering or demolishing a building) is not allowed on sundays and public holidays.
What is the definition of building work, altering?? Am i allowed to lay tiles on a balcony in a unit block and use my angle grinder to cut the tiles outside??
