At the dentist (2)

A bloke trots along to the dentist to have a molar extracted. The dentist takes a look and recommends an anaesthetic, but the patient refuses. Despite the dentist's insistence, he continues to refuse, telling the dentist that he's only ever felt pain twice in his life.

Interested, the dentist asks him when was the first time.

"Well," says the bloke, "I was caught short out in the bush once, and squatted down to relieve myself. Unfortunately, I was over a rabbit trap, and when it went off and caught my testicles, that was the first time I ever felt pain."

"Yes," said the dentist, "I can imagine that would be painful. When was the second time you felt pain?"

"When the chain on the rabbit trap ran out" said the bloke.
