A bloke goes to the dentist for a check up. The dentist checks out his teeth, and tells him he'll need a big filling that will need an anaesthetic. The bloke tells the dentist that he's never had anaesthetic, and doesn't intend to start now. Despite the dentist's pleas, he continues to refuse anaesthetic, so the dentist prepares his drills and things. Before he starts drilling, he gives the patient a blue pill to take, but the bloke insists that he doesn't want anaesthetic.
The dentist tells him it isn't anaesthetic, but is Viagra. The bloke asks why he's being given Viagra.
The dentist tells him "When I start drilling, you'll need something to hang on to!"
