Air movement data sheet/calculator

G'day all.
I've been reading for ages but this is my first post.

We are planning a family room at the back of our place in Perth. Straightforward rectangular room across the back of the house with a pitched roof and demolishing the old closed in sleepout with louvres.
Our council is wanting an 'air movement data sheet/calculations' which has got me totally stumped.
I managed to navigate my way through the new glazing laws, but air movement - what the!:doh:

Has anybody come across this? There does not seem to be much on-line.
I'd appreciate any help and guidance
