new upper extension (small) and roof pitch and replacement.

I have a leaking zincalume flat roof,

it's got me thinking to maybe pitch the roof and add a small master bedroom with ensuite up there, whilst replacing the whole roof with colourbond or tiles.

where would I start?

To get initial costs and drawings?

what is the process?
