Need advice about lease termination

My lease is up at my business at the end of the year and ive just bought a
house that im going to convert into my new Office

but the landlords are being very unpleasant about me moving out

2 things im not sure about it the wording of " payment of same"

and the other is

ive been told that i need to strip out all the internal walls. but my father was the one that first fitted out the shop 22 years ago and i signed my own lease after my father pasted away 2 years ago so i dont see why i should

the way i see it ive signed the lease with the wall

is it my responsibility to remove all the internal walls and if i have to im concerned that the ceiling my fall in as termites have gone through the ceiling
so if i remove one of the wall who knows what will happen

any advice would be appreciated
