restumping when built in downstairs

hi everyone

i have a question regarding restumping an old qlder workers cottage. some of the stumps are cracking quite badly and are probably only a year or two from serious trouble.

underneath my house i have built a music studio with floor plates dynabolted into the slab and the studs fastened directly to the joists for floor upstairs. i used this option as height was an issue and i needed to squeeze out every extra cm i could.

has anyone had their stumps replaced in a similar situation? i am worried that the props used to lift the house slightly to move / replace old stumps may "tear" my studio frame off the slab.

on a related note, i would love to hear any ideas on how i could have my house raised without demolishing the room. the only idea i had was to jackhammer around the studio floor plates so it was no longer fastened to the slab and then hope that the joists were strong enough to handle the weight as the whole room was lifted with the rest of the house.
