Where can i find Business investors??

I want to buy into a business that is a steadily growing business that i believe me and my family can run better than it is currently being run and increase profits by an estimated 10%.
Where would i go to find someone that would invest some cash into this business with us as a silent partner or similar or just borrow cash from to help get this business and to grow it? the bank has approved us a certain percentage of the business value that they will not go above as its their standard policy but we need more cash that we have not got.
