Work is like a tree of monkeys

Saw this poster the other day.

Work is like a tree of monkeys
Some going up - some going down.

The ones at the top look down and see lots of smiling faces.

The ones at the bottom look up and see a bunch of A@#$holes

Often referred to as the "Tree of Management"

i.e. The boss looks down, and sees all of the smiling faces, and the workers look up and see a lot of a---holes.
