Insufficient fall in waste pipes

Hi Everyone

I am putting together plans for an extension on my home. Its quite a large extension of 190 square metres. Part of the extension will be a Laundry at the far end.

My problem is that the Laundry will be 15m from the nearest sewage pipe on the existing property. That nearest pipe is also just 270mm below the finished slab level (measured to the top of the 100mm pipe). If I am to run a 15m waste pipe from the laundry to the existing pipe and maintain a 1:60 fall then my waste pipe at the Laundry will be just 20 mm below the top of the finished slab level. This could be a problem.

Is the fall of 1:60 necessary for what is essentially just Grey Water or can the fall be reduced.

I have a 2.5 acre block. Is it possible to discharge the greywater into the garden via aggy lines?

Anyone have any other suggestions?
