Pine floorboards

Hi all

Ah, the dilemnas I face as a bargain hunter...

New radiata pine flooring, 120x19, for $9.00 a square metre. I never intended on pine, but my house is eventually for renting out purposes and not personal satisfaction and the price is I think fairly good.

Is the cost savings worth it, I dunno?
