Tiling Question

Hi, Just wondering if anyone can tell me what order you tile please....

Would I do the wall first or the floor?

And if it's the wall first, then is it OK that the bed of sand and cement (to create against the tiles slope towards the drain for the floor tiles) to rest against it?
