G'day

Hi all, my name is Sean and I am an electrician. I stumbled on this forum while searching the festool domino and have not been able to stop reading all the interesting information available here. I have been building furniture on and off for the last 15 years and now that the house is nearly completely renovated, it is time to add some new pieces. It's amazing how it all starts. The wife and I started to look at getting our 2yr old a bed 2 weeks ago and found all the overseas rubbish available. (Seems like thats all you can get.) After looking at more than 15 shops, we came to the conclusion that I could add some tools to my already extensive collection and get what furniture we wanted. MORE TOOLS for me, wife gets nice furniture, everyone is happy!!!!!! Looking forward to being a part of such a wealth of information.

Tell the missus that for furniture making it is nice to have a bandsaw, a jointer, and a thicknesser as well as a domino. Welcome aboard and show us some pics of your bed when you have it done.
